Position Description

We’re currently hiring an Entry-Level Client Service Associate to join our passionate and collaborative team. In this customer-facing role, you'll support our nonprofit clients by providing exceptional service and assisting with event planning, marketing tasks, and outreach coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for client communications

  • Respond to inquiries, provide updates, and resolve client concerns professionally and promptly

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are clearly communicated and met

  • Assist with marketing and outreach efforts by preparing promotional materials and gathering feedback

  • Maintain organized records of client communications using CRM tools and tracking systems

  • Support client onboarding and foster ongoing, proactive communication

  • Help coordinate logistics and materials for nonprofit events and community campaigns

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus

  • Entry-level applicants welcome—no prior experience in client service required

  • Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or admin roles is a bonus

  • Full-time availability with flexibility to support client and event schedules
