We’re currently hiring an Entry-Level Client Service Associate to join our passionate and collaborative team. In this customer-facing role, you'll support our nonprofit clients by providing exceptional service and assisting with event planning, marketing tasks, and outreach coordination.

Act as the first point of contact for client communications
Respond to inquiries, provide updates, and resolve client concerns professionally and promptly
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are clearly communicated and met
Assist with marketing and outreach efforts by preparing promotional materials and gathering feedback
Maintain organized records of client communications using CRM tools and tracking systems
Support client onboarding and foster ongoing, proactive communication
Help coordinate logistics and materials for nonprofit events and community campaigns
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone

Interest in marketing support, event coordination, and project management
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize

High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus
Entry-level applicants welcome—no prior experience in client service required
Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or admin roles is a bonus
