We are a premier events-based marketing agency dedicated to helping mission-driven organizations expand their reach through face-to-face marketing and impactful outreach campaigns.

As a Client Service Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding client experiences while supporting campaign execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for clients—managing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to develop and implement strategic event-based marketing campaigns for nonprofit causes.
• Assist with community outreach events, ensuring all logistics, materials, and resources are prepared and executed smoothly.
• Monitor and report on campaign progress and client satisfaction. Use feedback and data to recommend improvements.
• Coordinate across departments to align on client goals and campaign strategy.
• Maintain a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Passion for community impact, social causes, or nonprofit advocacy.
• Previous experience in client service, marketing, event coordination, or outreach is a plus (but not required).
