We’re hiring a Community Outreach Assistant – Entry Level to support our team in organizing local events, building awareness for nonprofit initiatives, and strengthening community relationships.
This is a great role for someone looking to gain real-world experience in public outreach, event support, and grassroots marketing. No previous experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing mentorship.
Assist in the planning and delivery of local outreach events and awareness campaigns
Distribute informational materials and engage with community members in a respectful and friendly manner
Represent our clients—nonprofits and socially responsible brands—at public events and tabling opportunities
Share key campaign messages and help educate the public on relevant community causes
Track engagement metrics and collect feedback from attendees
Support event setup, breakdown, and onsite coordination to ensure smooth operations
No prior outreach or nonprofit experience required — entry-level applicants welcome
Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with the public
Friendly, reliable, and motivated to make a positive impact
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
Available to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
