As a Community Relations Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting local outreach initiatives, attending community events, and helping our clients build lasting relationships with the audiences they serve. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing and executing outreach efforts to increase awareness of campaigns and initiatives.
• Help promote community events and provide on-site support during live activations.
• Represent clients and our agency professionally at public events, community meetings, and partner sites.
• Support relationship development with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders.
• Collect attendee feedback, event data, and community insights to improve campaign performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign goals, messaging, and outreach activities are aligned.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience needed—comprehensive training and mentorship provided.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with the public.
• Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for some evenings and weekends.
• Genuine passion for community impact, nonprofit causes, and social engagement.
