We’re currently seeking an energetic, outgoing, and team-oriented Event Promotions Assistant to join our high-performing crew. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals who love working with people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to gain valuable experience in event planning, brand promotion, and public interaction.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of event booths, displays, and promotional materials
Represent client brands with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism at in-person events
Distribute marketing materials including flyers, product samples, and branded giveaways
Engage event attendees to promote products, services, or marketing campaigns
Gather feedback and customer insights during events to help optimize performance
Maintain a high-energy, engaging presence from start to finish at each event
Strong communication and people skills
Friendly, outgoing, and confident when engaging with the public
Ability to multitask and stay organized in busy event environments
Flexible schedule — some evenings and weekends required
Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
