We're currently hiring an Event Promotions Assistant to join our energetic and supportive team. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals who love engaging with the public, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to gain valuable skills in event marketing, public relations, and brand promotion.
Assist with event setup and breakdown, including booth displays and promotional materials
Represent client brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a high level of energy
Distribute marketing materials such as flyers, samples, and branded giveaways
Engage with event attendees to share information about client campaigns and offerings
Collect attendee feedback and customer insights to support campaign optimization
Maintain a positive, high-energy presence throughout each event shift
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, friendly, and confident interacting with the public
Ability to multitask and stay organized in busy event settings
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States
