We're currently seeking an energetic, outgoing Event Promotions Assistant to join our high-performing team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in busy environments, and is eager to gain experience in event coordination, brand promotion, and public engagement.
Help with setup and breakdown of event booths, displays, and promotional materials
Represent our clients with enthusiasm and professionalism at in-person events
Hand out flyers, branded items, samples, and other promotional materials
Engage with event attendees to promote client products, services, or campaigns
Collect feedback and report insights from public interactions
Maintain a positive, high-energy presence throughout each event
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, outgoing, and confident when engaging with the public
Ability to stay organized and multitask in fast-paced environments
Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends
Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
