We are a rapidly growing marketing agency specializing in event-based marketing, brand strategy, and community outreach for nonprofit organizations and mission-driven brands.

Our work is centered around creating impactful campaigns that engage communities, promote social causes, and drive lasting connections between brands and the people they serve. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Entry-Level Marketing Associate to join our fast-paced, creative team.

What You’ll Do:

• Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning and delivery of on-site and in-person marketing campaigns that support nonprofit and socially responsible clients.
• Event Marketing Support: Help organize, promote, and manage live events and community activations that raise awareness and boost engagement.
• Brand Strategy Assistance: Contribute to the development of campaign strategies aligned with client messaging, goals, and audience targets.
• Market Research: Conduct competitive and industry research to improve campaign effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
• Client Communication: Help maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and project support.
• Campaign Tracking: Monitor performance, collect feedback, and prepare reports to help refine future campaign strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• No prior experience required! Entry-level applicants encouraged to apply. Experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or events is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset with a proactive attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
