We’re looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Marketing Communications Assistant to support our team in executing innovative campaigns that promote brand awareness, engage communities, and drive results for mission-driven initiatives.
This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity with hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement into leadership or strategic roles.
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, community events, and promotional strategies
Represent brands and nonprofit clients at public-facing events and community outreach initiatives
Help coordinate brand messaging and promotional materials for target audiences
Track marketing campaign performance and report key metrics to the management team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and cohesive campaign delivery
Stay informed on market trends and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or a degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or journalism is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and community engagement
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects
Comfortable engaging with people in fast-paced, face-to-face environments

Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed
